코나 커피는 미국 하와이 빅아일랜드의 코나 지역에서 재배하는 프리미엄 커피랍니다. 화산 토양에서 따뜻한 햇볕을 받고 자라 쓴맛이 거의 없고, 부드럽고 깔끔하고 은은한 산미를 자랑한대요. 생산량이 적은 데다, 손으로 수확하여 비싸다고 합니다. 100% kona coffee라고 표기되어 있어야 진짜, kona blend는 코나 원두가 소량 들어간 커피로 구별하래요.

how to brew the perfect cup

 

- 2 tablespoons ground coffee 

- 6 ounces fresh water (약 177 ml)

 

iced coffee 

 

- use half the volume of water to brew coffee and add and equal amount of ice after brewing
